Correct location of City limit line in vicinity map. 2. Provide a copy of the property owner's agreement required for maintenance of six- foot wall, landscaping of overall tract, drainage, pavement and water. 3. Note on plat that this development is responsible for the fourth leg of the traffic signal at the intersection of Highland Drive and Denton Tap. 4. Drainage into TXDOT's system should be coordinated with them and a copy of the approval should be provided to the City of Coppell. S. Provide a copy of the approval of TXDOT for the driveway/decel lane. 6. Staff will determine if a decel lane is warranted along Denton Tap. Please submit to the Planning Department by Wednesday, April 29, 2009, two (2) 24"x36" copies of the revised plat addressing the above stated conditions. For your information, Preliminary Plats are valid for nine months.
