A. Please revise ail plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should the
applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the March 5, 2009
Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the March 5,
2009 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. A representative of the project is required to attend this meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, March 10, 2009 to submit 12-24' x 36' sets,
FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG. TIF, PDF OR
SIMILAR ELECTRONIC FORMAT of each exhibit. Only two sets of revised
preliminary engineering and irrigation plans a~e required. Reductions and electronic
copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans.

Dear Mr. Steer,
Please find our response to comments received from your office on March 20, 2009
below. As requested, we are providing three full size and one 8.5"x11" copies of the
revised plans incorporating these comments. Additionally, these plans are included on
the attached CD-ROM in PDF format.
1. Ok.
2. The plat was adjusted to fir on one sheet.
3. The city limit line was adjusted.
4. Ok.
5. A note was added to the site plan reflecting this. The developer will install a
property owners association to oversee the maintenance of private utilities,
mutual access paving, screen wall, and private drainage facilities.
6. A note is included on the site plan indicating this comment. The Developer
agrees to incorporate this requirement into the first phase of development.
