Remarks:
A. Please revise all plans and plat(s) based on staff recommendations. Should
the applicant disagree with staff comments, please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the April 2, 2009
Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plans and plat(s) to the
April 2, 2009 DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and
defend any revision. A representative of the project is required to attend this
meeting.
C. The applicant will have until noon, April , 2009 to submit 12-24' x 36' sets,
FOLDED, and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and JPEG, TIF,
PDF OR S/MILAR ELECTRON/C FORMAT of each exhibit. Only two sets of
revised preliminary engineering and irrigation plans are requi~ed. Reductions
and electronic copies are not required of the engineering and irrigation plans.

Fire Administration Tim Oates 3/24/2009 1. Each tower containing telecommunications antennas
shall have a"CAUTION: RESTRICTED AREA" sign with a
triangte depicting RF waves affixed to the lower portion of
the tower.
2. The sign also contains the name of the
owner/operator, a write-in space for the owner/operator's
site number and an emergency NOCC (Network
Operation Control Center) or contact phone number. This
sign is fumished and installed by the owneNoperator of
the site.

S-1110R3-HC".
2. Show North, East and West Elevations.
3. Include building materials and colors to match that of
the existing warehouse.
4. Show a wing wall to screen the equipment on the east
side of the shelter.
5. InGude height and dimensions on the elevations.
6. InGude a vicinity map on plan sheet.
7. Remove notes from landscape plan indicting that the
Photenias will be replanted, as Nellie R Stevens are
proposed.
