The sign also contains the name of the owner/operator, a write-in space for the owner/operator's site number and an emergency NOCC (Network Operation Control Center) or contact phone number. Show a wing wall to screen the equipment on the east side of the shelter. 5. InGude height and dimensions on the elevations. 6. InGude a vicinity map on plan sheet. 7. Remove notes from landscape plan indicting that the Photenias will be replanted, as Nellie R Stevens are proposed.
