Dear Mr. Harrelson:
On Tuesday, April 14, 2009, the Coppell City Council unanimously approved a change in
zoning from PD-240-HC (Pianned Development-240-Highway Commercial) to PD-240R2-
HC (Planned Development-240 Revision 2-Highway Commercial), to allow the
development of a 8,100-square-foot structure with professional/medical office and
personal service uses located at the northwest corner of S.H. 121 and Denton Tap Road.
Enclosed you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-525, which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on June 9, 2009.
