Denton Tap Road, north of Bethel School Road. GOAL(S): B EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: The following P &Z conditions remain outstanding: 1. A drainage study acceptable to Engineering will be required, 2, Tree mitigation fees will be required, 3, North board-on-board fence will be eight feet tall. 4.
