This letter is to inform you that a 90-day extension to the expiration date of August 11, 2009,
for the Coppell Office Villa~e. Lot 1, Block A. Replat, a replat of the U-Haul Addition, Lot 1,
Block 1, to relocate and revise building lines, fire lanes and easements to allow the
development of an office building on 2.02 acres of land located along the south side of S.H.
121, approximately 400 feet east of Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Coppell City
Council (5-0) on Tuesday, August 11, 2009.
This replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within 90 days after approval by
the City Council, November 11, 2009, or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall
be required. It is recommended that this replat not be prepared for filing, including obtaining
the franchise utility signatures, until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of
the civil plans. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to
file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the enclosed
checklist for the requirements for filing.
