Consider approval of a 90-day extension to the expiration date of August 11, 2009 for the Coppell Office Village, Lot 1.
Block A. Replat, a replot to relocate and revise building lines. fire lanes and easements to allow the development of
an office building on 2.02 acres of land located along the south side of S.H. 121, approximately 400 feet east of
Denton Tap Road.
GOAL(S): I~I
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
On January 1 S. 2009. the Planning Commission unanimously approved this replot (7-0). Commissioners Jett. Shute.
Frnka. Haas, Sangerhausen. Kittrell and Shipley voted in favor, none opposed.
On February 10. 2009. Council unanimously approved this replot 7-0.
Please see the attached letter from Lynn Kadleck dated July 29,2009. requesting a 90-day extension. If Council were
to approve this request. this replat would expire November 11. 2009.

Dear Gary,
It is my understanding that approval for the Replat on this project will expire on August
11,2009. On behalf of Terry Holmes, the developer of this project, I would like to
request a 90 day extension to the approval of the Replat. The request is being made to
allow sufficient time to complete the acquisition of the property and then the Replat can
be signed and filed.
Please inform me if this will be acceptable. I appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
