NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 16th day of April, 2009, at 6:30 p.m., in the Cappel! Town Center City Council
Chambers for consideration of Case No. S-1033R2-SF-12, Monaro Academy, zoning
change request from S-l 033R-SF-12 (Special Use Permit-1 033 Revised-Single Family-12) to S-
1033R2 SF-12 (Special Use Permit-1033 Revision 2-Single Family-12), to allow a Charter
School for Grades K-8th, with a enrollment capacity of 500, to occupy the Christ Our Savior
Lutheran Church building. The church shall also be permitted to remain as a secondary
use on this 4.58 acres of property located at 140 S. Heartz Road at the request of Sadak
Shaik, Manara Academy. AI! interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of
interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen
of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this
request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway
Boulevard, Cappel!, TX 75019.

Academy, zoning change request from S-1033R-SF-12 (Special Use Permit-1033 Revised-
Single Family-12) to S-l 033R2 SF-12 (Special Use Permit-1033 Revision 2-Single Family-12), to
allow a Charter School for Grades K-8th, with a enrollment capacity of 500, to occupy the
Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church building. The church shall also be permitted to remain

The City of Cappel! acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with
Disabilities Act of 1990. Thus, in order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special
services (i.e. sign interpretative services, alternative audio/visual devices, and amanuenses)
for participation in or access to the City of Coppell sponsored public programs, services
and/or meetings, the City requests that individuals make requests for these services forty-
eight (48) hours ahead of the scheduled program, service and/or meeting. To make
