Michael,
I reviewed the letter, replat, revised landscape plan and bank site plan which was received on
July 21st.
This plat does qualify for Administrative Approval of a Minor Amending Plat, however several
revisions are needed to the document and several conditions need to be met:
• The attached Amending Plat Requirements 212.016 (9) outlines the revisions needed to
the plat.
• Also attached is the Application for Administrative Approval of a Minor Amending Plat,
which needs to be submitted with a filing fee of $250.00
• Submit 3 copies of the revised Landscape Plan with ALL revisions clouded which were
made since the revised Landscape Plan was Administratively Approved on 3-26-08 by
the Director of Planning.
Please note that Detail Site Plan for the bank IS NOT APPROVED, and will need to be
submitted as an amendment to the PD through the rezoning process. As we discussed, this
process would be a lot cleaner if a replat was processed with the rezoning to establish bank
site plan. In the event that further adjustments to the plat will be required, then replat will
need to be submitted at that time.
