Lots 1-7
Mr. Sieb,
Enclosed is a copy of the proposed minor amending replat for administrative approval, signed
application, revised landscape plan, and conceptual layout of Lot 2 Bank.
The reason for the replat is to adjust the Lot 2 and 3 lot lines to be along the curb line of the drive
aisle. VVe are also dedicating a new 15' electrical easement across Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7.
There are 6 trees being planted with the Market Street on the west side of the proposed drive~~ve
aisle coming from S.H. 121. These 6 trees will be in direct conflict with the proposed ba
ifted
aisles for Lot 2. In order to keep the same entry feature into this development, we have sh
these 6 trees directly across the drive to the east side with the understanding that these trees w'it 1
only count towards Market Street's lot requirement and not towards the Lot 3 tree requiremen
~Ve were also able to gain some landscape area on the east side of Market Street as you exit the
drive-thru. The exit lane leaving the drive-thru (headed north) was excessively long and we are
able to reduce that length and provide more landscaping area.
Please let us l:n.ow if these changes are satisfactory and if the plat can be handled
adrninistratively.
