WHEREAS, Metrocrest Community Church Inc., is the owner of a 1.9939
acre tract of land situated in the W. Perry Survey Abstract No. 1152 In
Dallas County, Texas; said 1.9939 acre tract being the remainder of a
called 3.381 acre tract conveyed to Metrocrest Community Church
Incorporated, a Texas non profit corporation by Steve Kimbrel, et al by
Warranty Deed recorded In Volume 2003031, Page 04552, Deed
Records, Dallas County, Texas; said 1.9939 acre tract being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING, at a 5/8 -inch Iron rod with "GSES, INC., RPLS 4804" cap
set on the south right -of -way line of Sandy Lake Road fa 110 foot
right -of -way); sold point also being on the west line of Block A, Trinity
Shores Addition, an addition to the City of Coppell, Texas as recorded
in Volume 2002083, Page 0028, Map Records, Dallas County, Texas;
THENCE, South 12 degrees 50 minutes 33 seconds East, departing the
south right -of -way line of Sandy Lake Road, and with the common line
between said L9939 acre tract and Trinity Shores Addition, a distance
of 186.98 feet to 5/8 -inch Iron rod with "GSES, INC., RPLS 4804" cap
set at the southeast corner of said L9939 acre tract; said point being
the northern most northeast corner of Lot 9, Block A, Riverview
Estates, an addition to the City of Coppell, Texas as recorded in
Volume 97174, Page 5346, Map Records, Dallas County, Texas;
THENCE, North 89 degrees 47 minutes 00 seconds West, with the
common line between said L9939 acre tract and Riverview Estates, a
distance of 500.14 feet to a 5/8 -Inch iron rod with "GSES, INC., RPL S
4804" cap set for corner; said point being the southeast corner of a
L0000 acre tract conveyed to Steve Kimbrel, et al by Metrocrest
Community Church Incorporated, a Texas non profit corporation by
Special Warranty Deed recorded In County Clerk's File No.
20080183856, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas;
THENCE, North 00 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, with the
common fine between said L9939 acre tract and said Kimbrel tract, a
distance of 180.41 feet to a 5/8 -inch Iron rod with "GSES, INC., RPLS
4804" cap set for corner on said south right -of -way fine of Sandy
Lake Road;
