17. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FINISHED GRADING

CROWNED APPROXIMATELY 12 -18" ABOVE THE TOP OF CURB. SOIL IN

18. IF CONTRACTOR IS UNABLE TO DIG PLANT PITS TO A DEPTH THAT
