S-1121R-SF-9 Table of Contents PageDESCRIPTION
The project consists of the interior demolition of previously
leased areas at the north wing of St. Ann Center and the
construction of 10 meeting rooms and support spaces,
including a chapel, a nursery, a serving pantry two store
rooms and two banks of toilets (17,750SF).
The mechanical and electrical portion of the work is by owner.
It consists of the updating of existing mechanical and electrical
systems, including lighting. It will take place during the
construction phase of the project.
In addition, the project includes the conversion of an existing
north dock area into a galleria (3,650SF) and the construction
of a west playground. All exterior improvements will match
the existing Church in form and materials.
To complement this conversion, paved areas north and south
of the center are being converted into landscaped areas,
creating a buffer between the center and the parking.
Currently unused portions of the site are being
developed into parking areas, including a replacement firelane,
resulting into a net gain of 10 parking spaces.
