WHEREAS 1 Mark Fairchild is the owner of a tract of land located in the ALFRED
LOGSDON SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 783, City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas and being
all of Lot 2R, Block A of WESTFORK ADDITION, an Addition to the City of Coppell, Dallas
County, Texas according to the Plat thereof recorded in Document Number
200900200131, Map Records, Dallas County, Texas and being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron rod with a yellow plastic cap stamped `DAA" set for
corner in the South line of Bethel School Road, a variable width right -of -way, at the
Northeast corner of said Addition;
THENCE South 01 degrees 14 minutes 37 seconds East, passing at a distance of
185.33 feet a 1/2 inch iron rod found and continuing for a total distance of 329.50
feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod found at the Southeast corner of said Addition;
THENCE South 88 degrees 32 minutes 26 seconds West, a distance of 141.36 feet to a

easements shown hereon. The easements shown hereon are hereby reserved for the purpose as indicated. No buildings, fences,
trees, shrubs or other improvements or growths shall be constructed or placed upon, over or across the "Utility Easements" as
shown. Said "Utility Easements" being hereby reserved for the mutual use and accommodation of all public utilities desiring to
