This is to certify that 1 have, this date, made an on the ground survey of the property located on the
southeast corner of Heartz Road Sandy Lake Road, in the City of Coppell, Texas, described as follows:
Being A 5.16 acre tract of land situated in the Siebert Henderson Survey, Abstract No. 629, City of Coppell,
Dallas County, Texas, and being a portion of that certain tract of land to Texas District, The Lutheran
Church, Missouri Synod, by deed recorded in Volume 84031, Page 3165, Deed Record, Dallas County, Texas,
and being all that certain tract of land to Texas District of the Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod, by deed
recorded in Instrument No. 201000063847, said Deed Records, and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING of a 5/8 inch iron rod found for the southeast corner of said Texas District, The Lutheran
Church, Missouri Synod tract, same being the northeast corner of Lot 1 R, Block A of Amending Replat Christ
Our Savior Lutheran Church, an addition to the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, according to the plat
thereof recorded in instrument No. 200900239191, Map Records, Dallas County, Texas, same being in the
