McDonald's Restaurant, S-1022 Sandy Lake Crossing (Lot 4) We have reviewed the above referenced subject for conformance to City of Coppell subdivision ordinance, zoning ordinance, streetscape plan and standards, and the following sets forth our comments. We have no objections to the specific use permit for a restaurant. Our comments relate to the engineering of the project and preliminary plat/plan submittal. 2. 3. 4. 5. Indicate fire lanes on site plan and plat. Provide plat or description, etc. Indicate Denton Tap Road proposed improvements. Signs and flagpole may require variance request/approval. Lime stabilization required, or provide soils investigation recommendation for review. Investigate possibility of onsite storm drainage collection in lieu of sheet drainage. Sanitary sewer main under Denton Tap shall be by other than open cut, and a minimum 8" diameter.
