GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to build a self-service station/car
wash and convenience store on a 0.7 acre lot. The remainder
of the 3.8Z3 acres tract will be developed at a later date.
STAFF: The City Engineer, after review and analysis find that
this plat conforms to the city's ordinance and recommend
for approval, however, please note that PVC Class Pipe
should be 'SDR 18' NOT SDR Z1 as indicated.(Refer to
memo from Wayne Ginn's Office, which is attached)
