M~mgterman, Real Estate Representative Gulf Oil GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to build a self-service station/car wash and convenience store on a 0.7 acre lot. The remainder of the 3.8Z3 acres tract will be developed at a later date.
