Final landscape plan will meet all City of Coppell site development ordinances.
All landscape will be maintained according to city standards, 12 -34 -6
All required landscape will be 100% watered by an underground irrigation system. 12 -34 -5 (G).
All plant materials will meet or exceed min, plant sizes and will be selected from approved plant list. 12 -34 -7.
STREET PERIMETER LANDSCAPING (SP)
REQUIRED: Off- street vehicular use areas shall be separated from public street right -of -way by a perimeter landscape
area of atleast 15 feet in width.
PROVIDED: 15' minimum setback
REQUIRED: A landscape screen shall be installed in the perimeter landscape area.
