NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a Public Hearing on the
Z3rd day of June, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of zoning changes ~S-1007, ~S-1008, #S-1009 and #S-1017,
at the request of Dunning Development from "LI" Light Industrial to "LI.S.U.P."
Light Industrial with a Special Use Permit to allow the operation of a gasoline
service station, car wash and a convenience store located at the southwest
corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road. All interested Citizens
of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend
this public hearing and participate in the same. Any Citizen of the City or
other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the
proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell,
P. O. Box 478, Coppell, Texas 75019.
