GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Applicant is requesting approval of a zoning change to allow
for the continued use of an existing concrete batch plant.
This property was fo~erly owned by the Eubanks Company;
however, Gilford-Hill has purchased the property and elected
to make improvements to the site by installing a retaining
wall and a fence around the property.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: All DRC comments have been addressed; therefore, staff has
no objections.
