The proposed parking layout is designed to match the existing parking
and incorporates (10) smaller islands @ a more frequent ratio (1 island
per 13 spaces) totaling 1,350 s.f. (135 s.f. each), and (2) landscape
islands at the end of each row of parking adjacent to the building that
