NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a
public hearing on the 20th day of April, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell
Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change, Case #S-1042, at the
request of Kentucky Fried Chicken, from (R) Retail, to (C-SUP) Commercial
Special Use Permit, for the construction of a Kentucky Fried Chicken
restaurant, on property generally described as follows: South of Sandy
Lake Road on Denton Tap Road, next to the existing McDonald's restaurant.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of
interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the
same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express
his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell, Planning Department, P.O. Box 478,
Coppell, Texas 75019.
