LANDSCAPE / TREE SURVEY NOTES
1. All existing landscape are in healthy living condition. Species and sizes are
labeled on the plan.
2. Plant list for this sheet only (LS 1.0). Wax Myrtle shall grow to 6 feet
in height screen effect in 3 to 6 months after installation.
3. Plant list to be used as aide to bidder only. Landscape contractor to
verify all quantities.
4. After installation of steel edging, all beds shall be tilled to a depth of 4 to
6", raking out all dead vegetation.
5. Apply a 2 to 3" depth of organic material over entire bed and till into
existing soil. Organic material shall be one of following:
Vital earth compost Back—to—earth soil conditioner
Living earth compost Soil building systems compost
Silver creek materials compost
6. Topdress entire bed with minimum 2" depth shredded native cedar mulch.
7. All shade trees shall be planted as per details this sheet.
8. All areas labeled "Turf" shall be reconditioned bermuda turf. All bare areas
shaill be seeded with common bermuda.
9. Renovate existing irrigation system to accomodate all required landscape
areas. System shall have rain and freeze sensors.
