You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the 200 -foot notification distance required by state and local laws, but is within 800 feet of the property requested to be rezoned. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
