The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 17th day of September, 2015, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City
Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of Case No. PD -2501121-11,
Old Town Addition (Main St), Roots Coffee House, a zoning change request from PD -250R1 8 -
H & PD -250R19 -H (Planned Development -250 Revision 18 -Historic & Planned Development -
250 Revision 19 -Historic) to PD -250R21 -H (Planned Development -250 Revision 21 -Historic), to
amend the Concept Plan and Detail Site Plans to allow the development of a retail/restaurant and
a 2°a floor residence totaling 7,818 square feet on approximately 0.24 acres of property located at
the northeast corner of Main Street and Houston Street at the request of Chris Hemberger, being
represented by William Peck, William Peck & Associates, Inc.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 13th day of
October, 2015, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255
Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation
relative to Case No. PD -250R21 -H, Old Town Addition (Main St), Roots Coffee House.
You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located
beyond the 200 -foot notification distance required by state and local laws, but is within 800 feet
of the property requested to be rezoned.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this
public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may
also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 265 E. Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019, in person or call the
Planning Department at 972-304-3678.

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990. Thus, in order to assist individuals with disabilities who require special services (i.e.
sign interpretative services, alternative audio/visual devices, and amanuenses) for participation in or
access to the City of Coppell sponsored public programs, services and/or meetings, the City requests
that individuals make requests for these services forty-eight (48) hours ahead of the scheduled
