Planning Matt Steer 1. Parking area along Coppell Road should be dedicated as
right-of-way. Extend dedication to property lines.
2. Dedicate a Sidewalk Easement on site to include the
sidewalk plus one additional foot.
3. Include "Ashley Owens" within the Planning and Zoning
Commission Secretary and "Edmund Haas" within the
Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission signature
blocks.
4. Include "BLOCK A" spanning both lots.
5. Fade the text on the existing subdivision information on the
drawing.
6. Include a 15' Visibility Clip on the southeast corner.
7. Provide the zoning information on adjacent properties.
8. Park fees required for the new residence.
9. Note that plat cannot be filed until the existing structure is
demolished and the zoning ordinance has been approved.
10. Include "Mutual" access easement on the north.
11. Change the title block to read, "Replat, Conoboy Addition
Lots 1R & 2R, Block A, being a replat of Conoboy Addition Lot
1, Block A".
12. Include a blank space on the bottom right corner for the
sticker with the recording information.
13. Include a contact name with each of the contacts listed on
the plat.
