The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 14th day
of September, 2017, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd.,
for consideration of Case No PD-157R7-C, Valley Ranch Plaza, a rezoning from PD-157-C (Planned Development
157-Commercial) and PD-157R6-C (Planned Development 157 Revision 6 – Commercial) to PD-157R7-C (Planned
Development 157 Revision 7 – Commercial) to allow revisions to the site plan including the addition of a drive -through
restaurant and revising the parking, circulation, landscaping and building facades on 4 .6 acres of property located at
the southwest corner of E. Belt Line Road and S. MacArthur Blvd., at the request of John Evans, BLMA LTD and
BLMA Phase II LTD, being represented by Donald F. Sopranzi, A.I.A
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 10th day of October, 2017, at
7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of
the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-157R7-C, Valley Ranch Plaza.
You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the 200-foot
notification distance required by state and local laws, but is within 800 feet of the property requested to be rezoned.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend these public hearings
and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 E. Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, TX 75019, in person or call the Planning Department at 972-304-3676.
