As we discussed on the phone earlier, somehow the plat copies we received do not have the right filing
information on the sticker. It should be #201700113487, according to DCAD records. Our copies have #
201700113452 which corresponds to a deed for property in the City of Mesquite. When I spoke to the
person at DCAD she said that the plats needed to be brought in and that they would print the correct
stickers. We have two copies: 1- mylar and 1- blackline. Please, if at all possible, have the courier do a
round trip — pick up here, new stickers in Dallas and return to us in Coppell today. Thanks for your
