WHEREAS, PROLOGIS, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership is the owner of a 12.72
acre tract of land situated in the John E. Holland Survey, Abstract Number 614, City of
Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, being all of Lot 5R, Block A, of Prologis Park One
Twenty One, Lots 5R and 6R, Block A, an addition to the City of Coppell, as recorded
in Instrument Number 201600331182 of the Official Public Records of Dallas County,
Texas (O.P.R.D.C.T.), and part of a tract of land described in Special Warranty Deed
to Prologis, L.P. as recorded in Instrument Number 201400166699, O.P.R.D.C.T., and
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 -inch set iron rod with yellow plastic cap stamped "HALFF"
(hereinafter referred to as "with cap") for the west comer of said Lot 5R, said corner
being the intersection of the southeast right-of-way line of Northwest Drive (a 38 -foot
wide right-of-way) and the northeast right-of-way line of Freeport Parkway (a variable
width right-of-way);
