Not sure of the purpose of the junction box and position right off the back of curb is concerning. • Provide preliminary drainage plan, preliminary drainage area map and preliminary grading plan. - UNRESOLVED Standard Detailed Engineering - • FYI comment - There may be additional comments gernerated upon detailed engineering review. • Add impervious and pervious area calculations to each site table. • Vanbebber is one word. • Why are the line types on each side of the fire lane different? • Show driveways and alleys across the street. • Show adjacent driveway to gas station on Vanbeber. • How will the trash truck turn around onsite? Note that dumpster enclosure is required 5. Line weight of lot 4R must match line weight of other two lots 6. List height and materials of all fences both proposed and existing 7. Landscape plan calls out east-west fence between lot 4R and 5 as ornamental, and the site plan calls out masonry. Please adjust accordingly. 8. Provide a legend for the fencing material 9.
