Site Plan:
1. Show proposed fire hydrants on the Site Plan.
2. There appears to be a gap in the screening wall where it
abuts the Magnolia Park screening wall. Explore options to

General - Engineering Plans:
1. All water meters and meter taps should be relocated and
connected to the 12” water line in SH121, not in the rear off of
the private fire line.
2. Establish end of City maintenance and beginning of private
maintenance of the proposed sewer line at the southeast
corner of the property. The sewer line across the rear of this
property will be private.
3. The drainage from area C-1 cannot be concentrated as it
leaves the site near the south west corner of the property. It
currently sheet flows off the property. If a non-concentrated
discharge cannot be achieved, then the curb opening should
be a curb inlet with a pipe system installed to the existing
system in Natches Trace. - UNRESOLVED
Fire Tim Oates 03/02/2018 General - 1. Show fire hydrants, riser rooms, and fire
department connections (FDC) on the site plan.
2. Riser rooms are required to be a minimum of 64sf to
accommodate all fire and life safety equipment. -

1. Fire hydrants required every 300 linear feet along the fire
lane easement
2. FDC shall be detached, adjacent to a fire hydrant
Riser rooms shall be accessible from an exterior door. Room
shall be minimum 8'x8',
