Establish end of City maintenance and beginning of private maintenance of the proposed sewer line at the southeast corner of the property. The sewer line across the rear of this property will be private. 3. The drainage from area C-1 cannot be concentrated as it leaves the site near the south west corner of the property. It currently sheet flows off the property.
