P&Z Action letter.Plat November 16, 2018 David Bond Spiars Engineering 765 Custer Road, Suite 100 Plano, Texas 75057 david.bond@spiarsengineering.com RE: Samaritans Purse Fellowship Addition, Lot 1, Block A - Plat Approval Dear Mr. Bond: This letter is to inform you that Samaritans Purse Fellowship Addition, Lot 1, Block A, being 10.683 acres to establish a fire lane and other easements for an office warehouse development on land zoned PD-296-LI, located at the Creekview Drive, approximately 500 ft north of Bethel Road, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) on November 15, 2018, subject to the following condition: that additional comments may be generated upon detail engineering review and building permit. This Minor Plat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within 180 days (on or before May 14, 2019), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans then the plat can be submitted for city signatures. After city signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
