Planning Marcie Diamond 06/28/2018 1. More clearly define the phase lines and regulations. Add
Phase 1 and Phase 2 to the Title Block for further clarity.
2. Are rolled curbs still being requested?
3. Will there be pedestrian access to Lakewood Estates?
4. Has the proposed Hike and Bike Trail been eliminated?
5. Verify the Table of Lot Sizes, especially for Block D - they
appear to be in error.
6. Use current signature blocks for P&Z and Flood Plain
Administrator (plats no longer go to City Council.
7. Delete the “Filed and Instrument # blanks as Preliminary
Plats are not filed for record.
8. If approved as part of the PD, add the note : “This
Subdivision Plat is not subject to Section 13-9-1.G-20 of the
Subdivision Ordinance requiring an Erosion Hazard Setback
along the flood plain areas.”
