Planning Marcie Diamond 06/28/2018 1. Revise the fire lane on the exhibit to indicate the fire lane
as established and recorded in Vol. 99241, Page 196, and the
portions be abandoned, extended or revised via this Amending
Plat.
2. The existing fire lane that runs parallel to Royal Lane
needs to be retained.
3. Add a purpose statement “ The purpose of this amending
plat is to relocate and extend the fire lane”
4. Please delete Note 2. As the sidewalks have already been
constructed.
5. Correct the signature blocks to read as follows
The Amending Plat of______________ is hereby approved
pursuant to Section 212.016(11) of the Texas Local
Government Code. The owner(s) have joined in the application
for amendment to the plat, the plat does not attempt to remove
any covenants or restrictions, does not increase the number of
lots, and does not create or require the creation of a new street
or make necessary the extension of municipal facilities.
