I pulled the previous file, from over a year ago, and the plans are significantly different.
1 will close out your previous request, and accept this as a new application, with a new filing of $250.00.
Please send me a .pdf of your submittal. I will distribute the plans submitted.

Sec_ 12-31-5. - Off-street parking requirements, all districts.
1. In accordance with appendix illustrations nos. 1, 21 31 4, and 5, a parking space shall be a minimum of nine feet wide
and a minimum of 19 feet long, with two exceptions. The two exceptions are:
a. Where a parking space heads in to a curb, or other wheel stop, which adjoins a private sidewalk at least five feet wide,
and
b. Where a parking space heads in to a curb, or other wheel stop, which adjoins a landscaped area designed to maintain
a minimum clearance of eight inches above the parking pavement for a distance of at least two feet beyond where the
curb or wheel stop restricts vehicular forward progress.
If either or both of the conditions described in the preceding subparagraphs a. and b. exist, a parking space shall be a
minimum of nine feet wide and a minimum of 18 feet long.
