Tate Ave, Ste 500 Grapevine, Texas 76051 epickering@bhbinc.com RE: Vista Ridge (The Plaza) Addition, Lot 3R, Block D - Plat Approval Dear Ms. Pickering: Vista Ridge (The Plaza) Addition, Lot 3R, Block D, being a replat of Vista Ridge (The Plaza) Addition, Lots 3 and 4, Block D, being 1.389 acres to combine the lots, creating Lot 3R, and to establish a fire lane and other easements for a medical office development on land zoned PD- 205R3-HC, located at the northwest quadrant of Plaza Blvd and SH 121, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) on September 20, 2018, subject to the condition that additional comments may be generated upon detail engineering review and building permit. This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within 180 days (on or before March 19, 2018), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans then the plat can be submitted for city signatures. After city signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department.
