RE: Sandy Lake Crossing, Lot 3R, Block 1- Plat Approval
Dear Mr. Blacker:
Sandy Lake Crossing Addition, Lot 3R, Block 1, being a replat of Sandy Lake Crossing
Addition, Lot 3, Block 1, being 0.918 acres; to establish a fire lane and other easements for an
approximately 3,558 square-foot one-story bank building on land zoned R (Retail) located at the
southwest corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road, was approved by the Planning &
Zoning Commission (7-0) on September 20, 2018, subject to the condition that additional
comments may be generated upon detail engineering review and building permit.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within 180 days (on or before March
19, 2018), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended
that this plat not be prepared for filing until after receiving Engineering comments on the first
review of the civil plans then the plat can be submitted for city signatures. After city signatures
have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County
Plat Records Department. Please see the enclosed instructions for recording plats.
