Satagaj Halff Associates, Inc. 3803 Parkwood Blvd. Suite 800 Frisco, Texas 75034 bsatagaj@halff.com RE: Connell Scaggs Addition, Lot 3R2-1, Block 1 (Andy’s) Replat Dear Mr. Satagaj This letter is to inform you that Connell Scaggs Addition, Lot 3R2-1, Block 1 (Andy’s) Replat, being a replat of Lot 3R2, Block 1, to provide necessary easements to permit the development of a drive-through and walk up restaurant, with no indoor seating, on property located at 180 W. Sandy Lake Road, was approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) on January 17, 2019, subject to the condition that there will be additional comments at the time of Engineering Review and Building Permit. This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within 180 days (on or before July 16, 2019), or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. It is recommended that this plat not be prepared for filing until after receiving Engineering comments on the first review of the civil plans then the plat can be submitted for city signatures. After city signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the enclosed instructions for recording plats. Preconstruction meeting will not be held, and Building Permits will not be issued until the plat is filed.
