NOTE - ALL PLANS
This request is for Planned Development District-293-LI with
a Detail Plan for the existing medical office building on Lot 2B1
and a Concept Plan for Lot 2B2 for future office building. –
Correct all lot and zoning references accordingly on all sheets
and replat.
Site Plan
1. Add a note that Detail Building Elevations will be submitted
with the Detail Site Plan for Lot 2B2.
2. Verify parking, I count 41 spaces not 40. for lot 2B1
3. There was discussion at the last meeting about the property
onwer constructing the H&B Trail, and it appears to be
indicated as such on the plans. Please provide clairty as how
and when this trail will be constructed.
4. Variance Request - #1 - Lot 2D?
5. Correct the setbacks to those indicated to those requested
as part of this PD.
Landscape Plan -

The address on the second building will be 1707 E. Belt Line
Most of the landscape calculations are incorrect. Given these
lots are less than 2 acres in size, a maximum of 30 % of the lot
is required to be landscaped. However, which requirements
(perimeter, interior lot and non-vehicular) are being met and
are requesting variances must be more clearly identified, as
well as existing vs. proposed trees, etc.
