Planning Marcie Diamond Site Plan
1. Need minimum 10 wide landscape buffer along west
property line, remove western most trailer space. This will also
preserve more of the existing berm.
2. Remove the 10 spaces of "future parking" from the plan east
of the new trailer storage area.
3. Provide a calculation of the "net increase" of paved area.
4. Outside truck storage is required to be screened from public
R.O.W., include additional evergreen trees and/or shrubs in the
20' wide landscape island which is along the mutual property
line between Building F and the building to the west to obscure
the view of this outside storage from Southwestern Blvd.
Landscape Plan
1. Relocating trees are generally time-sensitive (fall plantings)
for a higher potential for survival. If/when they die they will need
to be replanted with same caliper-inch trees.
2. The Hike and Bike Trail can not accommodate additional
trees, at this time.
