Planning Marcie Diamond 1. Given that this is incorporating unplatted property this needs
to be re-titled as a Replat/Minor Plat, being a Replat of the
Mobil Site Plan addition, containing 0.78 acres a minor plat of
0.176 acres of unplatted property. - please verify acreage.
2. License Agreement has been reviewed by the City Attorney,
see minor revisions - once approved and filed, filing
information needs to be added to the replat.
3. Include all existing and proposed easements - the site plan
indicated a proposed transformer - doesn't that require an
easement?
4. Indicate proposed deceleration lane, even though additional
right-of-way is not required.
5. Include all building setback lines.
6. Include the extension of the Sanitary Sewer Easement to the
R.O.W.
7. Add a north arrow to the vicinity map, and correct the street
name north of Belt Line to be S. Denton Tap.
