PD-273R2-C, 7-11 800' NoticeMAILED Friday, April 26, 2019 COURTESY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 18th day of October, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of Case No. PD-273R2-C, 7-Eleven (Planned Development-273 Revision 2-Commercial) a zoning change request from PD-273R-C (Planned Development-273 Revised-Commercial) to PD-273R2-C (Planned Development-273 Revision 2-Commercial) to establish a Detail Site Plan for a convenience store and gas pumps on 0.97 acres of property located at the northeast corner of S. Denton Tap and E. Belt Line Roads (890 S. Denton Tap Road) at the request of VP Fuel Mart, Inc. being represented by Matt Moore, ClayMoore Engineering. The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 13th day of November 2018, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-273R2-C, 7-Eleven. You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the 200-foot notification distance required by state and local laws, but is within 800 feet of the property requested to be rezoned. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend these public hearings and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 E.
