NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th day
of September, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd.,
for consideration of Case No. PD-285R2-C, Andy’s Frozen Custard, to attach a Detail Site Plan for a 1,600 sq. ft.
drive-through and walk up restaurant, with no indoor seating, on 1.21 acres of property located on Sandy Lake Road,
west of Denton Tap (180 W. Sandy Lake Road), at the request of LG 214 Woodside Coppell LLC, being represented
by Stephen McGuirk, Leon Capital Group.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 9th day of October, 2018, at
7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of
the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-285R2-C, Andy’s Frozen Custard,
to attach a Detail Site Plan for a 1,600 sq. ft. drive-through and walk up restaurant, with no indoor seating, on 1.21
acres of property located on Sandy Lake Road, west of Denton Tap (180 W. Sandy Lake Road), at the request of LG
214 Woodside Coppell LLC, being represented by Stephen McGuirk, Leon Capital Group. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend these public hearings
and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 E. Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, TX 75019, in person or call the Planning Department at 972-304-3676.
