The proposed location is on a slope (approx. 10' drop). A grading and drainage plan will need to be submitted to determine how this building could be made accessible. 4. Does the new sidewalk meet ADA accessibility standards? 5. Add the type of lighting fixtures proposed. a. The photometric study provided may need further review and lights adjusted to comply with Glare and Lighting Standards in Article 12-36 of the Coppell Code of Ordinances. b.
