1. Provide dimensions and setbacks from property lines.
2. Provide clarity on the metal fence: which sections are
existing, new and to be relocated.
3. Concession stand/restroom facility need to be ADA
complaint. Accessible routes need to be established. The
proposed location is on a slope (approx. 10' drop). A grading
and drainage plan will need to be submitted to determine how
this building could be made accessible.
4. Does the new sidewalk meet ADA accessibility
standards?
5. Add the type of lighting fixtures proposed.
a. The photometric study provided may need further review
and lights adjusted to comply with Glare and Lighting
Standards in Article 12-36 of the Coppell Code of Ordinances.
b. What hours will the lights on?
6. What type of speaker systems will be included? Will the
sound be directed away from the adjacent residential?
7. Is the future parking planned for this phase? - It appears
to be proposed to be located within a significant drainage
channel.

3. The elevations of the press box on this sheet are different
than the press box elevations on Sheet C-5. Is it intended that it
will be the same as constructed at Middle School North?
a. Need to provide elevations and materials on all 4 sides of
this structure.
4. Correct the spelling of Except
