Site Plan
1. Should the Fire Lane encircle the building, if so, are the
radii ok?
2. Add dimensions of the building, and square footage of
footprint.
3. Maximum of 15 spaces in a row are permitted w/out a
landscape island, there are 16 spaces along the east property
line.
4. Correct the spelling of Proposed in the Site Summary
5. Add note:
Requesting Variance to Sec. 12-30-18.(2) - Hotel and
residence hotel, c. Not more than 22 room units per acre. All
other requirements of this Section are being met or exceeded.

Landscape Plan
1. Adjust locations of proposed trees along the southern
property line so not to conflict with trees proposed for the TRU

from the base of the sign. Such signs may be increased to a
maximum effective area of 400 square feet'.
It appears that the building frontage measures approximately
315 feet, which would permit 315 square feet of total signage,
however, signs above 36 feet may be increased in effective
area 4 feet for each additional foot above 36 feet. Therefore,
provide:
• The total effective area of each sign.
• The height of the base of the sign
2. The Monument Sign must be externally lit (or halo lit), have a
masonry base.
