Hitesh Jariwala 3001 Kari Lane Greenville, TX. 75402 RE: PD-221R9R2-HC, Homewood Suites Dear Mr. McGuirk, This letter is to inform you that PD-221R9R2-HC (Planned Development-221Revision 9 Revision 2- Highway Commercial), to amend the Planned Development to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow a 129 room suite (residence) hotel on 3.024 acres of property located on Point West Boulevard, approx. feet south of Dividend Drive was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) on Thursday, September 20, 2018, subject the following conditions: 1. Approval of the variance to Sec. 12-30-18 (2) c. Not more than 22 room units per acre. 2. This property will need to be replatted to provide necessary easements. 3. Traffic Impact Analysis being submitted prior to submission of a Replat to determine if deceleration lane(s) will be required. 4. Signs to be compliant with the provisions of the Sign Ordinance 5. Additional comments will be generated at the time of Detail Engineering review and Building permit review. 6. Correction of the room count in the site summary table and verify the impervious coverage calculation. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect the conditions as recommended by the Planning & Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department two (2) 24”x36” copies of the revised plans reflecting the above-stated conditions on or before 12 noon, Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
