NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th day
of September, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd.,
for consideration of Case No. PD-221R9R2-HC, Homewood Suites, a zoning change request from PD-221R9R-HC
(Planned Development-221 Revision 9 Revised-Highway Commercial) to PD-221R9R2-HC (Planned Development-
205 Revision 9 Revision 2 -Highway Commercial), to amend the Planned Development to attach a Detail Site Plan to
allow a 129 room suite hotel on 3.024 acres of property located on Point West Boulevard, approximately 100 feet
south of Dividend Drive at the request of Trophy Lodging, LTD, being represented by Travis Bousquet, the Bousquet
Group.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 9th day of October, 2018, at
7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of
the Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-221R9R2-HC, Homewood Suites, a
zoning change request from PD-221R9R-HC (Planned Development-221 Revision 9 Revised-Highway Commercial)
to PD-221R9R2-HC (Planned Development-205 Revision 9 Revision 2 -Highway Commercial), to amend the Planned
Development to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow a 129 room suite hotel on 3.024 acres of property located on Point
West Boulevard, , approximately 100 feet feet south of Dividend Drive at the request of Trophy Lodging, LTD, being
represented by Travis Bousquet, the Bousquet Group. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend these public hearings
and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 E. Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, TX 75019, in person or call the Planning Department at 972-304-3676.
