Dear Mr. Helm,
This letter is to inform you that on Thursday, November 15, 2018, consideration of PD-295-HC
(Planned Development-295-Highway Commercial) to establish a Concept Site Plan for a
convenience food store with gas pumps, hotel, retail, restaurants and office uses on 8.7 acres and
a Detail Site Plan for a convenience food store with gas pumps on 2.14 acres, located at the
southeast corner of SH 121 and Freeport Parkway, was held under advisement, with the public
hearing left open, by the Coppell Planning & Zoning Commission (7-0) until January 17, 2019.
Please submit 7 copies and a .pdf of the revised exhibits reflecting all outstanding conditions and
comments by December 19th to be reviewed by the Development Review Committee. You will
receive comments on your revised request on December 27th and will be required to attend a DRC
meeting addressing all DRC comments on January 3, 2019.
