NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 15th day
of November, 2018, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd.,
for consideration of Case No. PD-295-HC, a zoning change request from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-295-HC
to establish a Concept Site Plan for convenience food store with gas pumps, hotel, retail, restaurants and office uses
on 8.7 acres of property and a Detail Site Plan for a convenience food store with gas pumps on approximately 2.2 acres
of property located at the southeast corner of SH 121 and Freeport Parkway, at the request of Archway 121 Coppell
Ltd., being represented by Chase Helm, Winkelmann & Associates, Inc.
The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, at 7:30 p.m., in
the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the Planning &
Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-295-HC, Archway 121, a zoning change request from
HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-295-HC to establish a Concept Site Plan for convenience food store with gas
pumps, hotel, retail, restaurants and office uses on 8.7 acres of property and a Detail Site Plan for a convenience food
store with Gas pumps on approximately 2.2 acres of property located at the southeast corner of SH 121 and Freeport
Parkway, at the request of Archway 121 Coppell Ltd., being represented by Chase Helm, Winkelmann & Associates,
Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend these public hearings
and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 E. Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, TX 75019, in person or call the Planning Department at 972-304-3676.
