The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 22nd day of January, 2019 , at 7:30
p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, City Council Chambers located at 255 Parkway Blvd., for consideration of the Planning
& Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. PD-297-HC, Coppell Whitestone, a zoning change request
from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD-296-HC (Planned Development -296 -Highway Commercial) to establish a
Concept Site Plan for hotel, retail, restaurants and office uses on 16.57 acres of property and a Detail Site Plan for two
Hotels, one being a Residence Hotel, on approximately 5 acres of land located at the northeast corner of Sandy Lake and
SH 121 at the request of Victor Munson, Ferguson Realty Co, being represented by Alek Strimple, Jones Carter.
You have received this informational notice as a courtesy because your property is located beyond the 200-foot
notification distance required by state and local laws but is within 800 feet of the property requested to be rezoned.
All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning
this request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 265 E. Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019, in person or by calling the Planning Department at 972-304-3678.
